Who operates nopsai.com, how to reach us, and what is and is not being supplied from this site.

Last updated 13 August 2026

Who operates this site

nopsai.com is operated by Hossein Yousefi, trading as NopsAI in the Netherlands at Emmakade 10, 2411 JA Bodegraven.

NopsAI is not yet registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, so there is no KvK number and no Dutch VAT identification number to publish. The operator named above is personally responsible for this site and for any commitment made under the NopsAI name, and this page is reissued in the name of the registered company once registration completes.

The business address is Emmakade 10, 2411 JA Bodegraven, the Netherlands.

How to reach us

General, commercial and legal enquiries: [email protected]. We reply within two working days.

Suspected vulnerabilities, exposed credentials or authorization issues: [email protected]. What we commit to in return is on the security page.

There is no telephone support line. Support for a deployed installation runs through the channel agreed in your commercial agreement — email or a scheduled call — because we have no access to your environment and cannot see a problem until you show it to us.

What is supplied from this site

This is an informational website. Nothing is sold, provisioned or signed here, and there is no account to create. The only thing you can submit is a demo request, and the privacy notice covers what happens to it.

NopsAI software is free for any non-commercial purpose under the licence shipped with it; commercial use is licensed under a written agreement. Descriptions on this site are information, not an offer, and they do not form part of any agreement you sign.

What we operate, and what we do not

NopsAI is self-hosted. It runs on infrastructure you own and operate. We do not run a hosted version, and we operate no database, log store, artifact store or model endpoint that holds your workflow definitions, credentials, run logs, approvals, knowledge documents or generated outputs.

We also do not supply the parts a deployment depends on: the language models, the MCP servers, the agents you point it at, or the Kubernetes clusters and Docker hosts your runners execute on. Those are your accounts, your credentials and your contracts, attached to NopsAI through LLM profiles, MCP profiles and runner registration. Their availability, terms and charges are between you and those providers.

The exception is support. If you ask us for help, whatever you choose to send — logs, configuration, screenshots — reaches us because you sent it. We handle it under the confidentiality terms of your agreement and delete it once the request is closed.

Ownership and licensing

The NopsAI software — source, binaries, container images, Helm charts, configuration, documentation and examples — is copyright © 2026 Hossein Yousefi and published under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.

That licence makes NopsAI free for any noncommercial purpose: personal use, study, research, experimentation and hobby projects, and use by charitable organizations, educational institutions, public research organizations, public safety or health organizations, environmental protection organizations and government institutions, regardless of how they are funded. There is no key to request, no registration, and no limit on users, teams, workflows or runs. The licence text shipped with the software is the grant in full.

Commercial use — running NopsAI in or for a business, or for any other commercial purpose — is not granted by that licence and requires a separate written agreement. That agreement is the NopsAI Commercial Software Licence Agreement: an annual, subscription-based grant that is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable, for your own internal business operations. It covers the licensed legal organization named in it and no other, it is bounded by the production deployments or environments recorded in your order form, and it applies to self-hosted operation in infrastructure you control. It continues while payment and the terms of the agreement are current.

The software does not detect which of the two you are doing. It sends us no usage data and contains no activation call, so the boundary is self-certified in the agreement rather than measured by the product.

Third-party components inside the software keep their own licence terms and are listed in the third-party notices shipped with each release. We do not present them as ours.

The NopsAI name, logo and the copy and design of this site are covered by the terms of use, and are not licensed by the software licence.

Supervision, complaints and disputes

What NopsAI does is not a regulated profession, so there is no professional body or sector supervisor to name here.

For personal data, the supervisory authority is the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or the authority where you live or work.

Commercial agreements are with organizations rather than consumers, so consumer dispute schemes do not apply. Governing law and the competent court are set out in the terms; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
